Absolutely. We offer FREE shipping to more than 170 countries globally. Nonetheless, there are certain locations we cannot deliver to. In the event that your location falls within this category, we will reach out to you once we receive your order.

How do you ship packages?

Our canvas prints are shipped via postal services around the world in solid tubes to safeguard the canvas during transportation. Packages in the USA are shipped primarily by USPS and in Canada via Canada Post. Our shipments across mainland Europe are handled by Deutsche Post, DHL, PostNL. Packages in Australia and Singapore are handled by Australia Post and Singapore Post. Packages in New Zealand are shipped by New Zealand Post. Some orders may be shipped via DHL or FedEx, depending on the weight and size of the package.

What is the expected shipping duration?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we provide tracking information. Soon after your order ships, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information.

We ship internationally, and although the majority of our customers experience no duties or taxes, there is a possibility of a minor import duty based on your country. After the items have been shipped, any custom fees are beyond our responsibility. Damaged or defective on arrival?

Don't worry! We provide free replacements for any items damaged during transit or with functional defects. To claim yours:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the item and the packaging.
• We will ship a brand-new replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns: To maintain high quality and fast delivery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

Cancellations: You may cancel for a refund (minus a 5.45% processing fee) within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders enter production/shipping and cannot be cancelled.
