Promotions & Discount Terms
These terms apply to all promotions on Diveros.com and should be read with our Refund, Cancellation & Returns Policy. The terms shown on the product page and in your cart form part of each offer. All prices are in US dollars.
1. General Terms for All Promotions
- Promotions apply only to eligible products purchased together in the same order, and only while the offer runs.
- Discounts are applied automatically at checkout unless the offer states that a code is required.
- Unless an offer states otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes (see Section 3).
- Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
- Quantity limits, one-per-customer limits and product exclusions are shown in the offer.
- Where an offer discounts “the lowest-priced item” in a set, the discount applies to the lowest-priced eligible item in each complete set. Unpaired items are charged at full price.
- Your order summary shows each promotion by name against the eligible items. A $0.00 line means that item qualified for the offer but is not the discounted one.
- If a price or discount is displayed in error, we may correct it, or cancel the affected order and refund it in full.
- Misuse of promotions is covered in Section 8 of the Refund Policy.
2. Current Promotions
2.1 Buy 1 Canvas, Get 25% Off 2nd
Offer: Buy one eligible canvas print and get 25% off a second eligible canvas print in the same order.
How it works: The 25% applies to the lowest-priced print in each set of two eligible canvas prints.
Example: Eligible canvas prints at $40, $60 and $80 receive 25% off the $40 print ($10), so the three prints cost $170 before taxes and other charges.
2.2 Buy 1 Silk Pillowcase, Get 25% Off 2nd
Offer: Buy one eligible silk pillowcase and get 25% off a second eligible silk pillowcase in the same order.
How it works: The 25% applies to the lowest-priced pillowcase in each set of two.

3. When More Than One Promotion Applies
Promotions cannot be combined unless an offer says so. If an order qualifies for more than one promotion on the same item, the promotion giving the greater discount for that item is applied automatically, and the others are not. Promotions on different products in the same order each apply to their own eligible items.
4. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you change or cancel a promotional order, we will check whether the revised order still qualifies and confirm any revised total before processing. Cancellations are handled under Section 2 of the Refund Policy and calculated on the amount actually paid.
5. Discretionary Refunds
Refunds on made-to-order products are not available for change of mind, as set out in our Refund Policy. If we nevertheless agree, at our discretion, to refund one or more items from a promotional order, and the remaining items no longer meet the conditions of the offer, the discount will be recalculated based on the amounts actually paid and the items kept. We will explain the calculation before the refund is processed.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Defective items are handled under Section 3 of the Refund Policy.
- A replacement keeps your promotional discount.
- If we offer a replacement and you decline it in favour of a refund, the refund is treated as a discretionary refund under Section 5, and the discount may be recalculated.
- If a replacement is not available, cannot be provided within a reasonable time, any refund is for the amount you actually paid for the item, with no recalculation.
7. Changes to Offers
We may introduce, amend or withdraw offers for future orders. Changes do not alter orders already placed. The offer terms displayed at the time of purchase apply to your order.
8. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
