Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays.
Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
If you place an order on the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.
Orders for product that is in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date that the order is received.
If you select an expedited shipping method, please contact us ahead to verify that product is in stock.
Please note: For Custom Made Murals the processing and manufacturing time might take from 3 to 5 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll be notified by email with your order details along with tracking number.
We work with artisans, designers and brands specialized in home decor from all over the world (United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Hong Kong, India, Bangladesh) that offer beautiful and unique items.
Made to order items (i.e. custom printed murals) or the products that are not available in our warehouse at the moment of purchase, those items are shipped to you directly by the brand or the designer. All purchases are sent by Standard Shipping.
If you order multiple items in the same order, sometimes they may arrive separately.
Please allow for international orders delivery from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on customs which is entirely out of our control.
Standard Shipping: 10-20 Business days (varies per country)
Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:
- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same;
- Order is pending a credit approval and verification;
- A product is currently out of stock;
- An order which requires special customization;
- An order is shipped to remote country.
Please note: Some international deliveries are subject to duties and taxes charged by Customs which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges or the amount. You can contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes you will be charged all postal charges including return shipment costs and customs charges.
